Title: Seimitsu LSX-31 top-fire....anyone know about this joystick

This may be the one I'm looking for as part of my next project. It is supposed to switchable from 2/4/8 way. Does anyone out thee have one of these? I'm trying to find out how it is switchable...lift and turn, cam, or disassemble?
