Title: Un-sticky inactive vendors in B/S/T forum

How's about we unsticky the inactive / flaky vendors over in Buy / Sell / Trade?

You could unsticky the arcade carvings BST thread for now. Melissa has shifted focus quite a bit lately. She does have plans to make more arcade stuff in the near future though.
