I was reading some old threads regarding streaming music from your PC to your home stereo and this product (RCA Lyra Wireless RD900W) seemed to fill the bill (price vs. capability/quality). However, this product seems to no longer be available. I have searched RCA's website and see no replacement product.
Does anyone know if this product is even available anymore or if there is another product that does has the same qualities that is available? :dunno
I'm looking to build a wall-mount jukebox and would like to have the sound stream to my house speakers - this seemed like a good option if available.
Thanks!

I managed to snag a Soundcast transmitter/receiver pair at the last woot-off on woot.com for about half of the price you can get them on amazon.com.
Unfortunately, I won't get to post a review until I unbox them on Christmas. My only concern is whether they will interfere with our wireless PC's. From all else I read, they're one of the best solutions out there. I'd also like to pick up a second set, or at least a second receiver, if they work out well.

Are you referring to this item?

Yes, that's what my wife has hidden on our closet floor. :)

That Soundcast transmitter/receiver may show up again on www.woot.com for a few minutes today. They're having a woot-off that's been going on since yesterday. I see they haven't been offered yet this time.
UPDATE: They came and went at about 8:15 CST for a very nice price of $34.95.....over $10 less than what I paid in the last woot-off.

Damn, Amazon wants $100 for one. How did you know they would come up on Woot.com? I have been checking that site daily but didnt manage to see that one.

Just an FYI - mine is up and running and sounds great. Great solution if you just want to use your existing speaker set to play audio from your wall-mount jukebox. Very easy to setup - takes about 2 whole minutes.

Update - it seems as though this device may actually interfere with my wireless connection at home. Not 100% positive but since I have moved my workstation that I am using to configure my jukebox computer the wireless connections upstairs seem to be jumping on and off. My jukebox computer workstation right now is situated right next to my wireless router. Hopefully when I move this to its permanent location for the wall mount juke it will quit interfering.............hopefully.
