It's a working crap machine .... MAME away.
Looks like an unknown generic type machine.

Yeah it's pretty bad, but look what else somebody is trying to sell where I live.

If I had more money I would defiantly buy it.

First - Welcome!

Next - I have the EXACT same cab, including the same marquee (although mine actually had Capcom Bowling in it, so the monitor was mounted vertically).

I recently dropped a 60-in-1 in there and the cabinet was a joy to work with --it's light as can be and, like some of the Dynamos, the CP pulls out and gives you access to the mounting board.

What may or may not be relevant to you is the fact the CP on mine was "pre-cut" with cutouts for variety of controls (including dual trackballs). This appears to be a factory design -- it's not some after-the-fact OP hack job.

It worked out well for my 60-in-1 controls (although in the picture I still need to install the "right side" buttons), but may not be that great for what you intend.

Here are some pics so you can see what I mean.

Lot of burn on that monitor. Definitely not worth that price, original or no.

Needs new paint under glass, and minor screen adjustment, easy fixes, but works great the way it is..

New underlay, new monitor .... heck you'll have another $300 into it before it's over.
Besides any of the usual stuff that needs tidied up on a machine of that age.

(Speaking about the Pac-Man cocktail.)
