Im 32, also avoiding unnecessary sugar, diet root beer and diet dr pepper are the way to go.

Damn.  Didnt have a chance to check back yesterday.  Anyway, are the sticks the longer wood panel ones or the metal panel ones?

They are sold.

I used them on a 5/8" plywood control panel and they were fine.
