Hi guys! First and foremost id like to thank everyone who has posted with tips in the Mala forums here ;D A number of my problems have been fixed with this awesome collection of information.
I just recently hooked up my I-pac4 to my control board and Im having a few problems(or at least what I think are problems)
1. Ipac4 doesn't need a driver(or so Ive been told), when I use it with mala it only recognizes the U,D,L,R and four buttons on both P1 and P2 controls. Also the up is down, down is up, L is R, R is L. Did i miss a configuration somewhere?
2. Also in the options menu, under HARDWARE, it says " Please connect Mala or Ultimarc hardware", when I have the Ipac4 hooked up to it. Is this normal?
Thanks for your time in advance and Im sorry if this was posted somewhere else, I looked ???
Im using the newest version of MAME and mala

Are ypu talking about in use with mala or mame.?
In mala you decide what key does what in options-controller-keyboard
You can use the ipac software to program the i-pac to use diffrent keys

That is for the PacDrive not the I-pac. I have changed the wording on the next version
