Title: Wells U3000 cannot adjust width

I have a U3000 that does not adjust when I am try to adjust the width, all the other pots on the controller work except for that one, also I cannot adjust the pincusion.

I solved it! After cap kit, new transistor on Q705 (2SD1193), and no cold solders. It ended up being Q704.
