Title: Freebox V4 Skins Updated...

All theses skins are updated to work with the latest V4 releases including the latest demo release. I figured some of you guys might be interested in them, if anyone is interested in creating some skins for us please let us know.

Fantastic! I have been playing around with v4 and absolutely love it! I will be installing one of these skins when I put Freebox on Dad's jukebox this weekend. It is so easy to use that I think he will want to use it full time. I will let you know.  :cheers:

No worries man, i am looking at expanding this skin list. It's just taking a while to work through all the old skins and bring them upto speed with the current version of freebox. Some may still need work but i'm hoping over time there will be a nice usable selection.

4 of the skins have been updated to fix a few issues and tidy them up.

Hi just been looking at jukebox software and playing around with some, I downloaded the freebox, looks good but how do i change the skins ? I have a couple of skins loaded when i downloaded it, but after downloading new skins how do I add them and change the skin? Thanks

Download the skins and extract them into the skin folder.
Then launch freebox.
Go into the options and select appearance.
Then click update skin list and it will say X Skins added.
Now click on save settings to save the updated skin list.
You can now pick one of the new skins from the drop down box...

Please bare in mind those skins were not created by me and may have issues. I am not sure what version they were patched up for, if you have problems pop over to the freebox forums and one of the skin authors should be able to sort you out.

Hi tried the new skins downloaded them extraced them and when i added them it all crashes ? will have a ;look at forum

You need to make sure you extracted them correctly...

If you put them in a sub folder it will not work..

\skins\50's diner\*.ini

I'm guessing you have

\skins\50's diner\50's diner\*.ini

Still if you do that it shouldn't crash but just warn you, so i will look at fixing that.
