Title: adding new roms to advmame?

Hi guys,
               I have using advmame .69 in my cabinet and have just installed the complete set (i think) of roms (nearly 400 of them :-)). My problem is that I cannot get them into the list of games. I have checked all the lists but they are not in any other list and they are all definately in the roms folder. Any ideas why?
When I tell it to update roms it seems to add none.

that should read nearly 4000 roms!!!
