Just an FYI, Blockbuster currently has a great deal on used video games and movies, typically over the years I have scored some great deals from my local blockbusters, and this week has been no exception
with their 50% used games deal, I scored "Burnout Paradise City" for XBOX 360 for $9.95 after the 50% off
and just now, soo stoked, I got MGS4 for PS3 for $15.00 (complete with manual, perfect case), priced at $29.99 on the shelf
they had a bunch of 360, PS3, Wii, PS2 games at great prices.
:applaud:, just wanted to give everyone a heads up
cheers

I miss the buy 2 get 1 free sales on NES games at Gamestop... I probably picked up 200 of my NES games that way.

Target is doing buy 2 get 1 free on Wii games this week...
Thanks for posting this. We bought two games for Christmas presents last week at Toys R Us so I'll return them and go to Target. :applaud:

Was this a local sale or a nationwide sale? After reading this post today, I went to check the local Blockbuster here in NJ and they claim they have no info on 50% used games.

The guy in Maryland called me a Jew and said there was no such thing as a 50% sale; didnt bother driving over to Delaware to check that one.

Seriously? Calling a customer a Jew would get you fired on the spot here.

I went by my local blockbuster monday, and they still had the deal advertising this, to be honest, I dont know if it is a nationwide deal or local.
I dont know if its still running right now, I am going to stop by my local BB tonite and confirm. I found Halo 3 for 360 for $7.50 after the 50% off :P

Its only on corporate stores not franchised owned ones. I've gone to several of the blockbusters around here and they all seem to be franchises without the deal.
