Title: looking to buy a computer with arcade vga installed

I bought a computer from  a user here and the computer is not working the way i want to so I'm looking for something that will have zero issues, XP, and is more than capable of running everything and more, with an Arcade VGA card installed and ready to go. Basically plug and play.

well, what is your price range?  I have a rather nice computer running my MAME machine (with a PCI AVG) but I'm thinking of upgrading to a LCD screen so I might as well upgrade the computer as well.

since the ecomomy is is bad shape I'm putting this on hold for a while. I have 4 cpu's and really hink it's a waste of $$$ right now to spend alot on something I already have. Thanks though.
