Title: MAME related...
Post by: DeathMonk on June 16, 2003, 11:52:58 am
I had MAMEv67 on my computer until last weekend when I installed v70 and all the new roms and "changed roms" (?) from certain rom site.  Problem is that  now theres a bunch of roms that aren't working that used to work (metal slug 3 not encrypted, for example).  The ones that I tried said they were missing roms..  What caused this and should I used some kind of rom manager to correct this problem?

Spanks,
DM

if it's all neogeo games... it's due to the new changed neogeo bios... try getting that new neogeo bios and I bet dollars to donuts it'll work now...

if not... uh... *shrug*

Use rom center or clrmame to check your roms.

Always get the latest version when a new version of mame comes out.

I'm not really sure if they were all neogeo games or not.  I'll check out the suggestions though! :)
