I have a few other colors as well, orange, blue, purple, and one or 2 black for the black ones add 2.00 each as you never see these around.

These are 8way, with the microswitch base assembly 4way / 8way operation is determined by the actuator used.
You would need a 4way actuator like this

These would also make a good rebuild kit for your wico leafs sticks

All I have are 3.5 inch red and orange (I have a limited amount of orange sticks)

so 50.00 for 5 etc...

Your statement is correct but only applies to the leaf switch variety, for the microswitch ones it is determined by the actuator used. 4way leaf wico's are not usually an easy or cheap find.
