Title: Arcade VGA Auto-Resolution Utilty...error code on install

Hoping someone can shed some light on this problem.

Have just installed the latestest AVGA card, and went to install the Gavin Benson auto res Utility, but I get this error code every time I try.

Any ideas what's wrong (more likely, what I'm doing wrong)

in particular:
Click on start menu-> Run

Type: Regsvr32 c:\windows\system\mscomctl32.ocx
