Title: What causes "fold-over" ? (Atari Sanyo)

I have a 14" "Atari" Sanyo in a Missile Command cocktail that's showing "foldover" at the top. Will a cap kit fix this or is it related to something else?

Yep, that's a classic cap failure symptom on a Sanyo.
