Title: ~WTB~ cheap video card with rca out

Hello all...I am looking for a video card to be used with mame. I'm not looking for the best card just something that has rca out and not s-video. This will connect to a 13" tv in a mini-mame style cabinet so my daughter can watch tv as well as play some games.

They make s-video to composite adapters.  This might open up your options a bit.

the machine runs dos at the moment and will probably make the jump to win98. I am just looking to keep all this on the cheap side of the street. Buying adapters and such raises cost, although I do understand that there is more availability of s-video cards vs composite cards.
