Title: Where to buy an isolation transformer?
Post by: zudmsc on October 09, 2008, 02:50:54 pm
Title says it all.  Looking to pick up at a store and not a mail order catalog.  Is this something Radio Shack or Frys has??  This would be for an arcade monitor.

Not unless you live nearby an arcade parts seller.

I've got a couple used ones if you're interested.

Well I could go to Happs since I am in the Chicago area.  I was looking for somewhere that would be open past 5pm or weekends.

Look in your telephone directory "Yellow Pages" under the heading of "Amusement Devices" for a local distributor of coin-op games. Usually a company with "distributing" in it's name will be what you want.
