Title: I keep blowing fuses instantly on my brand new HAPP 19'' help me out please

Originally when i got the monitor the chassis wouldnt fit my cab. I then removed it and shoe horned it onto my older chassis. My problem is after i did this I keep blowing fuses, maybe something not grounded correctly ? I'm not sure what the cause is, but i plug it in, and the fuse instantly goes. I know the monitor does  / should work because i did get it working at one point. The big pcb from the monitor is only being held in by one screw, is at an angel and dangling Here are pictures :

a more secure mount is desired . per current mounting scheme, it may be possible the chassis is shorting against the frame .
and if that is indeed true, there may be some circuitry damage...

How do i know thats what's happening and how do i prevent it. I just keep blowing the 3.15amp 250volt fuse that seems to be the only "burnt" part on the main pcb which you can see in image 3.

Now it's working again but most likely will blow again it deffinatly related to where the screws are etc

mount the chassis in such a way that the pcb does not come in contact with the frame .......

Isn't that impossible doesnt the metal need to touch the metal and used the bolts to hold it in place ?

yes, the pcb should be in a housing assembly . but, that is not to which i refer.

based upon your mounting description, there is a possiblility that conductive material is coming in contact
with the circuit board .
this contact is causing a current flow condition that exceeds the fuse rating causing it to open .

verify that your mounting scheme doesn't allow the components on the either side of the pcb to make accidental contact to any conductive surfaces.
