Post by: evilfuzzle on September 30, 2008, 12:21:51 am
hey yall

i was wondering if anybody out there who has made a lusid cab has rounded it's corners. the plans don't have them but i was wondering if this effects the application of t-molding or anything else.

thanks

Yes, I rounded the edges of my LuSiD based cab:

The more gradual the curve, the easier it will be for the T-molding, but as a general rule curved edges are better than sharp angles for T-molding.

Just make sure not to make any curves that slice more than 1/2" off of the original lines, otherwise you'll see the edges of your panels.
