Just some led wiz ideas :)
I'm still young and dont have a house but if i did i've had an idea of having a wall made from the glass bricks that are usually used in the bathroom and use that wall as pixels for games / Music organ
Like this

Anyway after some calculations i worked out that you would need 12 brick / pixel high and 8 pixel / brick wide to play space invaders tetris can car game etc.
What you need is 3 x LED Wiz 32 boards using single coloured leds
Ok so if a program was made to use the leds as a grid for games you have a few options.
Space Invaders
The invaders would be 1 pixel / brick and would have 3 in a row with 4 rows of invaders on the brick wall.
Each invader can move 4 spaces across before the move down to the next line.
your ship would be 1 pixel / brick and so will the bullet/laser u shoot.
When the game starts you have 4 bricks/pixels between your chip and the first line of invaders.
Tetris
You can play tetris easily using all the brick shapes only brick that has to be modified is the long 4 block brick it would have to be 3 to make it play the same as normal tetris.
normal tetris is 10 pixels wide by 18 pixels tall making the long 4 brick block 3 you can now play tetris on a 8 pixel wide by 12 pixel tall screen.
Car Racing
Basically it's your car moving left to right doding the cars as you speed past them same as Speed Race arcade game
So you car would be a pixel/Bricks like this
0X0
X
0X0
and you would have cars looking the same scrolling down the brick wall
Theres alot of other games you could come up with im sure and it could even be a colour organ aswell as randyT's software does.
These are just some ideas im sad i can't actually do this myself as i dont have a house or glass brickwalls available to me :(
But just an out of tthe box idea for the LED Wiz
Hopefully you guys understand this if not i'll make some animations for you guys to see what i mean.

Theres some cool ideas there. I had had a similar idea about displaying sprites in a kind of 'sprite photo frame' but I hadn't thought about using the controllers to play games. Good thinking :)
I had thought about a similar idea using some LED Wiz's to light a 16x16 array of polycarbonate cuboids to display various sprites. I kind of stopped thinking about it when I realised I would need 24 LED Wiz's to control it.
I was going to use some some wide angle LEDs and mount them a few centimeters away from the other side of the block so I wouldn't get a 'spotting' effect. I was also going to use some kind off diffusing material on the other side of the blocks and/or sand the underside of the blocks with ~320 grit to diffuse the light and mask the LEDs.
EDIT: 24 LED Wiz's to control RGB LEDs obviously. I would have needed 8 to control single colour LEDs.

There was a BYO disco dance floor that some kids at MIT built. Conceptually similar to your wall.
