Just got a marquee which is plexi and on the back of the art is slight hair line scratches in a white area.. can i use white paint for this ? or what's the best if any solution for fixing the imperfections on the back of a plexi marquee.

I don't know if there's a good solution, but I can tell you that painting those spots is NOT a good idea if it's going to be backlit. The paint you apply will be a different thickness (and probably a different translucency), making those spots obvious when backlit. I can tell you this from experience. :banghead: After that experience, all I've done is use appropriately colored sharpies. Not great, but better than nothing.

Somewhat risky... but,

Using a spray based paint (rather than brushing, which lays paint too thick)
sweep from several feet above, in even passes.    Coating the entire marquee
in a very thin mist of white paint.
