Title: In need of custom artwork

Does anybody know of a good site that would be capable of creating a custom marquee, CPO, and sideart?  I have been trying to contact mamemarquees for like 2 weeks now, but they barely return any of my emails.  This is upsetting me since I would really like custom work done to some of their specific designs.  Furthermore, I cannot begin wiring my CP until I receive a CPO.  Does anybody know of a solution?  :(
