I have a Tron machine that had a K4900 in it. However I needed to sell another machine that needed a 19" monitor so I took it out and put it in the other game since at the time the Tron wasnt working. I got the Tron working now and I have another 19" tube and a capatible Wei Ya chassis that I want to use in the Tron now. So heres the questions: How do you sync a Tron PCB to composite sync?
-
why don't you just connect it up and see what happens-can't cause any damage
-
I have, there's three wires that do the sync. I've connected to each and all together and in pairs.
-
i don't think there should be 3 wires, maybe 2 one for the horizontal and one for the vertical syncs
who many wires do have altogether to the video input plug
-
Its got the typical R,G,B,Ground on one plug, then its got another 3 slot plug that has two wires going into the first slot, and one wire going into the other two.
Ive read about using a 7408? but Im not sure how to wire it and where to get one

the schem shows the red/green/blue/ground on one plug and ground/vsync/hsync on the other
see if the 2 ground read continuity
your wei ya chassis has just a comp sync connection i take it
