Title: Digital camera, where to buy? How to upload picks?

Ok, my cab is finally in presentable order, but I don't have a digital camera or website to upload pics to share.
Any suggestions on an affordable camera?
How do I upload pics to the web?  I'm using free internet with Juno so I don't think I have any webspace to use.  What is the best free site to use for something as simple as posting pictures?

If all you plan on doing is taking regular ol' pics and throwing them on the web, and maybe printing them off occasionally, this one should be perfect.  It's also pretty damn cheap.
