why doesnt the computer do fatalities when it wins?

i tried searching google cant seem to find much on it.

i coulda sworn there was a way to get the computer to always do em

no its random. The SNES and genesis versions had cheat modes that always made the CPU do them but not the arcade PCB

if you wanna see the fatals just do a 8 on 8 tourny and pick the last icon
