Title: GO5-805 B/W Vector 13"
Post by: ToplessZ on September 17, 2008, 02:13:01 pm
I got this vector monitor that only has the picture in the top right corner.  Seems like some kind of X and Y failure, but I dont know where to start?

This is hooked up into a 19" cab that is wired for a GO5-802 (19").  Does that make a difference?

Probably not.  Can you confirm that the game board works properly?

Im pretty sure it is, it plays great in that top right corner  :dunno
Sound is perfect as well.  The game played correctly for ahile when I my friend first bought it.  Then one day he turned it on and the monitor didnt work.  We've troubleshot the hell out of the 19" one and could get it to work correctly.  Then he screwed up and bought a 13" of of ebay not realizing it was to small.  And it turns out it doesnt work correclty.

What I'm saying is that could easily mean the game board isn't working properly.  The vector generation section is part of the game board.
