I had my bezel artwork printed at mama marquee. It has a non adhesive back. I was sandwiching artwork between 2 plexiglass pieces. This worked out well for 9 months. Then all of a sudden I started to get a thin film between the two plexiglass pieces. Not sure if it was air or if the glass warped slightly. In any case I need to eliminate the outer plexi.
This brings me to my question. What can I used to stick the bezel artwork on to the Plexiglas? I want to make sure it adheres well and doesn’t bubble or smear on the glass.

If your just gonna adhere it on top of the glass, use a strong spray adhesive by 3M - widely available.
If you plan is to try and reverse adhere it to the bottom of glass, and you plan on applying the adhesive to the front of the artwork....then you might want to reconsider and read the following thread:
Reverse Stick Glass Bezel Vinyl Repros. (http://forums.webmagic.com/ubbthreads/showflat.php?Cat=0&Board=UBB3&Number=842197&Searchpage=1&Main=842197&Words=bezel+Wundercade&topic=&Search=true#Post842197)

It would have to be on back of bezel and front ofplexi because its smoked.

3M Super 77 Multipurpose Adhesive

Which one is better?

This is the one I can vouch for, for CPO artwork....it should work for the bezel:
3m Photo Mount, Spray Adhesive, Aerosol, 10.25 Oz, Clear (http://www.shoplet.com/MMM6094_Office_Supplies_3M-Photo-Mount,-Spray-Adhesive,-Aerosol,-10.25-Oz,-Clear.html)
That Super 77 stuff looks like a good candidate though, if I had to choose.

question is how is it when its applied to plastic plexi?
