Title: This popeye uses an rgb converter?

Came across this and wondered is it obvious why it's using this?


Sanyo monitor, with an RGB converter ;-)

Looks perfectly normal.

And the Popeye game is not actually using that, it's just bypassing it. (non-invert out)
