Title: Should we have a section for generally useful external links?

I'm thinking stuff like this site on basic digital circuits (http://www.allaboutcircuits.com/)... a lot of folks could benefit from a general list of useful educational resources like this one.

Yes, I like that idea, but I think a while back someone brought up the notion to make a "electrical type" forum, but I think it died from lack of interest.
