I've upgraded my computer in my cabinet to a motherboard that takes a PCI-Express video card, so I don't have any further use for this card.
Card is used but has worked well for several years since I got it from Ultimarc.
Only the card is included, I don't have a driver disk but Andy has those on his site.
$50 shipped to continental U.S., I will ship elsewhere for actual cost of shipping.
