Title: How to make the computer boot with tv?

Ok, I'm seriously p.o'ed here. Found some old card with S-video (gforce mx4) downloaded drivers hooked up tv and monitor, made the tv primary display, but unless monitor is connected it won't display squat. Monitor will show booting sequence part and then tv picks up the rest.
Then I switched to Tv as the only display. Big mistake! Since I used someone Else's monitor, now different monitor shows only booting sequence and tv doesn't show squat!

In other words I locked myself out of windows.
Can't fix this in safe mode, as it does not show the same options in safe mode.
What can I do? How can I make the tv display windows. Is there anything I should disable/enable in BIOS?

CHeck the bios to make sure it's using the card and not the built in (on board) video.  It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure the bios/boot screens used to show through the S-Video port back when I used it.
