I am in the process of putting together a new cab and wanted to do a Metal Slug theme. New to all this so I am looking for ideas on how to go about this please.

Do you know Photoshop? or any other photo editing software? You can do a search for MS pics/art and create a collage. Also, take a look at this forum and look at other ppls projects...you may get inspired.

I do own PS but I don't know it all that well. Once I do have something in PS though, how do I get it printed and cut to spec.?

I really need to piece something together first and foremost for my CP, would anyone be willing to help?

i dont know specifically what type of art you want (drawn or pic) if you can, do a search for icons and also I believe you can capture the screen while in game by pressing (alt+prtScn) then save it under ppt or jpg if u can and send it to me via email...look below my avatar.

I can do that but really just a overal Metal Slug theme, mostly stuff from Metal Slug 3 or anything from Metal Slug 3 espically the Zombie level pictured here...

yes, plz because its going to take me a while and between work, school and the new hurricane acoming I'm not going to have time...just collect all the graphics you need and we can talk about what you want from each and I can start helping u on this...but, if the storm comes in then I have to evac and will get back to u once I can start picking up the pieces of my life that will most likely be scattered around the gulfcoast area...HOW POSITIVE AM I?!! HUH!
