felt fine friday afternoon. by friday night felt like hell. coughing sneezing. blew my nose so many times im getting nosebleeds now. summer flue so sucks. if people you are near are sick stay very far away. every time i sneeze it feels like my bones shatter. this is the crappiest sickness ive had in a long time. i dont know if its going around near you but dont get it whatever you do.

Know what's worse? Getting it your first day on vacation in Bavaria. All that wonderful beer surrounding me and I could hardly taste it.

Not the flu, obviously, but I woke up last night to my 2 year old girl puking her guts out. I picked pulled the sheets off her bed and then took her in the shower and got her cleaned up (it was all over her she had been laying in it so there was a bunch in her hair).
A couple hours later she puked again. Third set of sheets went on the bed. for the night. No more puking today, but she's had diarrhea all day. I'm talking like disgusting diarrhea that I hear, so I change her diaper, then five minutes later I hear it again, change her diaper, ten minutes later, change her diaper. She must have crapped fifteen times today.
She seems to be getting better, though. Hopefully she's got it all out of her system and won't have to stay home from daycare tomorrow.

thats really horrible shmokes. at least for an adult you kinda know whats going on. your poor daughter may not know what was happening. plus she had it at both ends wich is always worse.
i slept 16 hours today. feel a little better but still feel like crap. i want to work on my cab but now its to late. hopefully tomorrow.

There is a bad stomach virus going around here (Ky, USA), your daughter might have it, shmokes. Make sure you pour the liquids down her, you sure dont want her to dehydrate.
If she does have it, they are telling me it is highly contagious, so I think I would keep her out of daycare a couple of days if at all possible.
Sorry to hear about everyone's sickness, hope you guys get feeling better soon.
I get a sinus infection every winter. I hate it. (Another reason I hate winter too).

At about that age my younger son got one so bad he spent 3 days in the hospital on an IV. Lost 15% of his bodyweight in 48 hours. Turned out to be a really nasty rotavirus.

She's fine. We were really worried about dehydration and watching her fluids closely, making sure she drank lots of water (and ate pedialite Popsicles). No diarrhea or vomiting today and she had a good appetite. Watching your kid lose all that weight must have scared the ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- out of you.
