Title: How to set a controller file?

HI,

I have headkaze's crtlr file IPAC2 for my neo geo 7 button layout.
If i put it in the mame.ini it gets overwritten by mala.

Where in mala do i point to this file.
If i set the controller directory it gets empty everytime i restart mala.
