Title: Computer bases lights
Post by: snozzau on August 18, 2008, 06:36:43 am
For all you computer gurus out there, my cabinet is nearing completion and I want some advice on lighting.
I want to run about 5 or 6 cold cathode fluoros and have no idea how to hook them up.
I was thinking splice all the wires together and run them into an on/off switch-then run that to the PCs power supply somehow.
Is there a problem with running 6 c.c.fl s of 1 p.c.
Thanks,
Scott

Will be fine.

Dont run 6 on one inverter, you will need to run 3 inverters, 2 tubes a piece, Dont change the wires to the tubes or you will screw up the brightness of the tubes.
