Title: Looking for a 19" Monitor
Post by: leapinlew on August 11, 2008, 10:19:58 pm
I have a stand up touchmaster 7000 with no board. I'd like to order a monitor for this that I can connect to a computer for touchscreen games. I still have the touchscreen overlay, and I'd like to buy a 19" monitor to drop in, connect the touchscreen overlay, and connect to a computer.

According to Wells Gardner they no longer sell this model and they recommend the D7700. The D7700 is a CGA model. If there is another brand, or type I can use that will fit, I'll gladly use it. I have the bezel - it's not in the pics.

Any suggestions?

Attached is the chassis and a pic of the model sticker.

The cabinet is setup to accept an open frame monitor. It used to have CGA monitor. I don't mind spending a bit of money, if it'll mean an easy fit into the existing frame. I'm clueless on what type of monitors I can drop in here.

Does the U3100 connect to a standard video card using a 15 pin connection?

Looks like the 3100 can accept a standard 15 pin and can order the standard vga cable and power cord from Wells.

This may work as well.

Got a couple I'm working on now. Don't have much free time these days.  :(
