Title: hantarex polo 1 monitor scrren sdjustment - help!!!!!!

ive just got all the bits i needed to finish my mame cabinet - can i get my monitor to focus - NOOOOOOO.

it has the small board for adjusting the picture but no amount of turning the nobs work - any ideas anyonr?????
