Thought I had one, but I guess I don't.

I sold one to Jeffo (no relation) about a year ago, but he mostly hangs around on CGCC.ca these days, so you might ask there (he must be bored of it by now).

I think I got one, not sure on if it works. I know the last time I had i running it was good to go. Let me 2x check and get a pic for you

I have one from a cabinet I stripped.  It was working except for the sound.  I would have to dig it out from storage.

I also found one in a stack of boards that I got from a retired op.  Don't know if it works.

I will get you some pics when I get to them... PM me if I forget...
