I have this week take a bit away from MultiFE and have focus on this plug-in, which seen to been a bit bigger project than excepted. So it still in development...
This is a webinfo JukePlugSys Plug-in created as HTML file and is possible to FTP upload, that contain various info sent from the jukebox software. These info include is "history", "nowplay" and "songlist" which contain each their page. For webmaster the <IFRAME> tag is been used to add the info to thier site (see test.html from the example skin file).
I hope a release very soon, but since it very delayed, I wont have a release date, but I guess it very soon, since I are very long in the project.
This project is coded in Pure Basic and have plans to release the whole source code (I think I release that with GNU license) as well when done.
I do need some help:
- can somebody create more skins for this plug-in (etc for other jukebox applications and general skins)?
- I doesn't have time to document the skinner, but it in HTML and should been self explained. The test skin shown in attachment can been downloaded to check out.
- Even MultiFE use 610x100 banner size (costume), any banner sizes can actually been used.
Please Note: settings.ini is still not impletered yet in this stage, but I dosent think I use more settings in that file. I do check all skins and correct if I broke any compatible and make sure it works in any skins I dedicated to include with the plugin.
Nb. This plugin is of course not locked to MultiFE, even I might use the game information as well in the future, so I want it combatible with all software that support songlist commands. Hence I also test and make sure it works with UncleT Jukebox as well AussieJuke.

But why html? Wouldn't it be better to just create a png and upload that instead? That way you could use it as a forum sig.

That is why i exported mine as a JPG.

i diddent directly <IFRAME> could been inserted to a signature banner on this forum, but just a Image. I have disabled signature myself, since some users have to much blink and distract to much in their signature (personal I hate animated gif's).
Anyway I look on that, but it can been harder, since it a lots easier to skin a homepage than skin a image.... and I acutely use 3 pages and not one.
I see if I can work this one out (which I might replicate the freebox feature directly).

I drop nowplay as html, but use a banner instead. but songlist and history is still use html, but the skin used this would been dropped and use a full page for these two instead of a mini page. That because you can still create a link on a image in forums.
I do still want the banner to been skinned, but the size of that would been much smaller now, since it only list the current played song.

This plug-in is under finalize and is soon been released as beta with full source code (in Pure Basic) under GNU license.
I just need how it works in various software and tune and make sure it works as it should (include MultiFE as well others).
The skins would propenty include MultiFE and Freebox (I heard from Barcrest he want to add plugin system soon I release this plugin, right? PM me if you want to test this to your software).
Otherwice this is very skinable webinfo plugin which using a playnow banner in anysize to been included in forums and then possible to click on the banner to see the full songlist and history. This is just pretty much the feature Freebox have, but going to turn universal now. Even php can been used for songlist and history, but prefer pure html. So I dosent use php for that part at all.
This plugin toke a far longer time to create, due I dosen't develop every day, so it have been a bit slow. But this is my first real plugin :D (other than the little sound FX plugin I created as well).
