Title: Any good tutorials on Pinball plungers on mame cabs?

I'm wanting to hook up a real pinball shooter assembly to my mame cab. I was looking for a tutorial to wire one up and the stuff I'm finding doesn't go into much detail. I also read that cherry micros are not the way to go.
