i have a 1999 pc running win 98 2nd edition but ive been told that it doesnt have the port to connect my avga card to the pc?
it has 8.4g hard drive i think with 256 mb ram.  this type of gigs and mega hertz just baffle me.

Definitely need an older MAME for that, but I suggest buying a cheap computer online, because the lowest end you can find online will probably be better than what you have.
