In order to "take down Billy Mitchell" he's gonna have to play on a dedicated boardset....... not MAME.

He does (that's how he's in third), but he practices on MAME (and records the INP). Any scores on a real machine over one million have to be set live with a ref present.

He's also trying to break 1 mil on MAME. (He's first on both tournament and no hammer)

Bare with me is Scott in King of Kong? As long as Scott is not any of the people in that doc I will support him.  Billy Mitchell and his cronies need to get a life. That doc is fantastic. Conspiracy, cover ups, backstabbing, you couldn't write this stuff.

Nope. Get this....he didn't start playing Donkey Kong seriously until after he saw the movie. He's only been playing this game hardcore since Aug 2007. Up until then, he was mostly known for his speed runs.

Not a spokesman. I just talked with him about his MAME playing and he told me his controller situation and I thought maybe we could help the guy out. My spare joysticks don't have good 4-way (Happ Universal - still hits the corners), though I do have spare buttons (including some leafs) I could donate to a CP.

Is the guy that hurting for cash that he can't get his own?

I'd like to see BM brought down as from what I have seen the guys obsessed with himself. But seriously, if this guy wants to be a contender then he should get a DK cab...

He has one, actually. He just plays MAME to practice, and if he happens to set a MAME record in the process, he submits it.

Guess he's really not hurtin' for a proper PC setup, since he has a real cab and all.

Forget I asked.
