I am looking to get a 19" monitor to use in a cab for MAME and also run windows, what would you guys recommend?
Thanks

Wells Gardner K4600
Seriously..... either a Auto Tri-sync monitor or a PC monitor.

I don't even see that listed? I don't want to use a PC monitor.

Find a 19" PC monitor that can do 15-38khz. At least, that's what I did.
Look around craigslist and ebay for a "video" or security monitor and you might find one for next to nothing. I got mine from a guy who got it from the university auction for 1$!

Yeah, I've seen these at my local university auction, but have been interested in 27" monitors. Maybe I'll grab the next one of these I find, though. At the worst, I know Billabs has one.

Thanks, but I don't want a PC monitor, I want it to look authentic.

and also run windows
There's the catch....... which is why you would need a multi-sync monitor in order to run games at heir native resolutions AND still be able to run Windows.

So this Billabs monitor will work, any others 19 inchers? I have a Billabs 27" in my cocktail and it is great.

Yes..... it automatically sync's from 15khz to 31khz. (tri-resolution)
And it also has a 15 pin male vga (D-Sub) connector already. You may just need a cable to go between it and your pc if it doesn't come with one.
