Basically after watching some of the Angry Video Game Nerd's old vids, I thought it would be fun to have a poll on the worst game publisher of all time (Everything from arcade, to Atari 2600, NES, up to Xbox 360, PS3, etc).
This is the nomination thread for the poll thread. The nominations close at the end of Wed, July 23.
You may only nominate one company (As this is an of all time, not per time period)
Anyways: I nominate LJN as the worst game publisher of all time.

Sega.

Bandai. 20 years in the console game business and I don't think they've released a good game yet.
Their next major pooch screwing is the remake of Galaga talked about in the Main forum.

Apple / Macintosh
Myst was the best it could offer. A text based game that used a 3d photo. That's how desperate us Mac guys were for a Mac game.
-
Mystique - Publisher of Custer's Revenge and a few other dreadful "Adult" 2600 titles.
3D Realms - The Masters of Vaporware - Duke Nukem Forever
-
I'd have to grimly say EA.... and not because of the quality of the games they put out, but the addition of Secu-ROM to most of their PC titles.

You mean Cyan? They were the ones who came out with Myst.
Anyways, keep the nominations coming. I'd like to have 10 or so before the poll.

M Network/Mattel for the 2600, O.K. so the games weren't that bad, but the case design sucked... They are very hard to display with the rest of my 2600 games....

No,
Apple/Mac didn't/doesn't have any good OS dedicated games. Myst was the best they could do.
It was a fun game, but for a system to consider it its flagship game was pathetic.

Looks like the cheap ---daisies--- put them in Intellivision cartridges with a 2600 sized thingie stuck on the end.

that's exactly what they did, and it pisses me off every time I try to organize them into my collection...
