One small question here. I've got my LED sockets for my Coin Door LEDs and my Trackball LED wired up to a two pin Molex Connector. I plan on taking a couple of the 12V 4-pin Molex connectors from the Computer Power Supply and adapting them to work with the Two Pin Molex connectors on my LEDs. What do I do with the +5V line and the other Ground line? Do I just cut those lines from the base of the connector and wrap the ends in electrical tape to ensure they don't touch, or do I need to connect them to each other somehow to complete that circuit?
My brain is saying 'Just snip them and make sure the exposed metal doesn't touch anything by epoxying over the ends'. I think my brain is right, but I want to verify that.

your brain is correct. you don't need 'em at all. I have 6 lights connected this way in my cab, plus an amp for the audio, all using only the 12v lines. I did need a ground loop isolator for the amp, but that's a topic for a different discussion.

snipped mine and taped them with no problems.
