Title: Mala and Gamelist editor

Hi all,

This is probably a noob question, sorry if it's been asked before but I couldn't find any answers when searching the forum.

I have been downloading a few roms that weren't in the all games list for mala, or in the list of games to choose from when using the gamelist editor. How do I refresh the list so the new roms show up and if there's no easy way to do that or if that doesn't work, can games be added to gamelists manually?

Refresh the main gamelist.

Right Click when mala is running

the 'main' list?  Not a custom list

I created the game menu tree in the mala tree editor, so I don't think I have the 'main' list there now. Is there a way to get it back so I can refresh?

I also cannot refresh any game lists, and am also using the tree.  It seems like you are having the same issue as I am, except for the fact that I cannot refresh the list from the first place.  Hopefully someone will be able to help us both.

This is definitely a problem with MaLa tree.  If you are having the same problem as I am, the right click options will be visible if you uncheck "Use tree" in the "GUI" tab of the options menu.  There you should be able to refresh your gamelist.  Problem is, when I re-checked the box, everything reverted back (to no gamelists and greyed-out right click options).  Hopefully you will not have the same problem as I did (and you might not if you can see gamelists in your MaLa layout).  Hope this helps!

Ok I got it to refresh. I just turned off the tree, did a game refresh, then the latest list was available in the gamelist editor :)
