I've read these sticks are "pin compatible" with the Happs mechanical rotaries, so they can be used with Ultimarc's Rotary Joystick Interface :

The price of the SNK rotaries would be approx. 55.42 Euros each, plus international shipping.

The base price of 65.95 includes 19% VAT.  This is a tax which only applies to E.U. residents.

From the website :

Doing the math :  65.95 / 119 * 100 = 55.42
