Title: Video Amp at 15khz?

I somehow ended up with one of these: http://www.ultimarc.com/vidamp.html
Looking at the description, I assume that I would need something to change the output to 15KHz so I can use it with my arcade monitor?

What kind of monitor do you have?

If you are running a computer then you will need either a arcadevga or a graphics card capable of running soft15khz.
