Those appear to be the non-lit black buttons. Not as valuable as red start buttons. For cheap cone bezels that may be a good deal.

Smart to spray them.......those were used on f.i. MC cabaret :)

MC cocktail I would say. 3 black per side and 2 red. The 2 painted ones are probably the red LED ones.
