Title: Touchscreen in Mame- how to exit?

I'm using a touchscreen for a jukebox and a few mame games.  How can you exit a game without a keyboard?  Also, what is the best front end for touchscreen only?  I'm trying out GameEx now and it seems decent, but not really designed for touchscreen.

AtomicFE works with touchscreens but I haven't used it that way.
